IPTS Training Philosophy

Repetition builds automatic movement

True improvement comes from repeating the right movement patterns until they become automatic. That’s why IPTS programs are built around two structured sessions per week.

THE PROCESS

Repetition → Consistency → Automatic movement

Two focused sessions per week allow players to repeat movements correctly, build consistency and develop efficient stroke mechanics over time.

How it works

A simple 3-step process

Send your videos, get your personalized plan, and start training with structure, clarity and purpose.

01

Send us your forehand and backhand videos

We assess your strokes, movement patterns and key technical details to understand what your game really needs.

02

We build your personalized plan

Based on your level, needs and objectives, we create a structured program adapted to your game.

03

Testimonials

Trusted by players worldwide

★★★★★

Playing some of my best tennis ever right now. Balancing league and work travel isn’t always easy, so I’m doing the exercises I can, especially in hotels. But I’m keeping it up and feeling super strong.

Any questions?

Is this program suitable for my level? +
Yes. The IPTS program is fully personalized and adapted to your level, age and tennis experience — from competitive juniors to adult players and coaches.
Do I need access to a tennis court or a gym? +
No. The program adapts to your environment: court, gym, home or outdoor spaces — based on what you have available.
Can I train if I already have an in-person tennis coach? +
Yes — and it’s actually ideal. We train specific physical–technical movements that will improve your postures and on-court qualities, perfectly complementing your on-court tennis training.
How does the daily support work? +
You’ll have an exclusive WhatsApp group with Julián Parolin and Cristian Elseser for guidance and feedback.
Why is it recommended to do 2 training sessions? +
Learning to play tennis requires repetition. The goal of doing 2 sessions - which you can even repeat during the week, is to make your technique second nature. More exercises isn't necessarily better.

Tip: You can ask questions anytime inside your WhatsApp support group.
